Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your Serenehound calming vest. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at support@serenehound.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@serenehound.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to send the item back.

Change of mind

If you'd like to return an unused, unworn item in its original packaging for a refund, please contact us at support@serenehound.com within 30 days of delivery to discuss your options.

Exceptions

We're unable to accept returns on used items, unless they arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@serenehound.com.
